This helmet is made in China, by Chinese workers at a Chinese factory using Chinese machine tools using Chinese technologies with production control by Chinese standards.

The FILLIN NPP company has nothing to do with the production of these helmets. These products are purchased by us and delivered in batches. Control samples are selected from each batch and taken to the firing range for shooting. If the control samples pass all the tests, the batch is allowed for sale.

These ballistic helmets will not be certified by us in the certification centers of Russia, since the manufacturing plant is not located in Russia and cannot ensure stable product quality.
